At Stealthy Underhand Factory (SUHF), each release is produced in limited quantities and controlled production runs.

Please review sizing carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

LIMITED RELEASES

Some items offered on our website are part of limited production releases and may require additional fulfillment time before shipment.

Estimated shipping timeframes are provided on each product page and within our shipping policy.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders enter processing and production stages and can no longer be canceled.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the limited nature of our releases, all sales are considered final.

Refunds or replacements may only be issued if:

• The wrong item was received
• The item arrives damaged
• The product contains a manufacturing defect

We do not offer refunds for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer’s remorse
• Carrier delays outside of our control
• Delays within the stated fulfillment window

To request assistance regarding a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

FRAUD & ABUSE

Stealthy Underhand Factory reserves the right to refuse service in cases involving fraudulent activity, abuse of our policies, or unauthorized chargebacks.
