Return Policy:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within a 14-day period, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned earlier, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
